This PVC Side Hanging Post KIT comes with everything you need to Hang your sign. Adjustable hanger postion. Made from 4x4 stock PVC with hardware included. Horizontal bar has Solid Cedar Core. ( sign not included ) Sign Post comes with a Solid inner Cedar stake that can be buried into the ground and post slides over Cedar Post. This keeps the PVC above the ground.
